The charges have been ascertained very recently and after hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, submits that he would not press the present application at this stage, however, he may be permitted to file the application afresh once the evidence of the mother of the deceased is recorded. 3. Even the prosecution has no objection to the abovesaid request. 4. Learned Addl. P.P. for the State submits that they would ensure the presence of mother of the deceased before the learned Trial Court on said date. This is a digitally signed order.
