Respondent(s) For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Kishore Narayan, Advocate For State : Mr. Satish Gupta, GA For Resp. No. 7 in WPC No. 347/2022 : Ms. C. Shravanti, Advocate (HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE BIBHU DATTA GURU) Order on Board 20/02/2025 1. Since, the common issue involves in both the writ petitions, therefore, they are being heard together and decided by this common order. 2. By the present writ petitions, the petitioners are questioning orders impugned dated 25/08/2021 and 10/09/2021, whereby the recognitions proceeding of the petitioners’ institution have been kept in abeyance by referring the pendency of WPC No. 2125/2020. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, by placing a copy of order dated 23/01/2025 passed in WPC No. 2125/2020 would submit that the said writ petition has now been dismissed as withdrawn and now there is no pendency of such petition in the Hon’ble High Court, therefore, the 3 respondents may be directed to proceed with the recognitions proceeding with respect to the petitioners’ institution. 4. Learned counsel for the State would submit that it appears from the orders impugned that due to pendency of WPC No. 2125/2020, the recognitions proceedings of the petitioners’ institution have been kept in abeyance, however, now the said writ petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn, therefore, the respondents shall initiate the recognitions proceedings in accordance with law. 5. I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the orders impugned as well as the order passed in WPC No. 2125/2020. 6. From perusal of the order passed in WPC No. 2125/2020, it is quite vivid that the writ petition has now been dismissed as withdrawn, owing to which the proceedings for recognitions of petitioners’ institutions was kept in abeyance by orders impugned. 7. Therefore, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents’ authority to take necessary steps in the proceeding initiated on the applications preferred by the petitioners for recognitions of the institutions within a period of 50 days, in accordance with law. 8. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petitions are disposed of. Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU) JUDGE Rahul
