He has placed a copy of letter, dated 11.12.2025 sent by the appellant to the learned counsel for the appellant. He has also placed a copy of the letter, dated 24.12.2025, wherein he requested the Registry to list these matters for withdrawal. These two (02) letters are placed on record. 2. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, permission is granted to withdraw these appeals. 3. Accordingly, the Family Court Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
