---- 02/01.12.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 121(1), 121(2), 109(1), 132, 263(a), 351(2) of B.N.S, 2023 corresponding sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 332, 333, 307, 353, 225, 506 of Indian Penal Code (I.P.C), 1860, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations of protest against arrest of one Prakash Yadav. He further submits that said Prakash Yadav was arrested who later on has taken the names of several persons including the petitioner. He further submits that allegations of assault is there that is general in nature against all the accused persons. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has been taken by the apprehended Prakash Yadav.

Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegations of assault against all the accused persons and the FIR has been lodged against four named and several unknown persons and the name of the petitioner was taken by the apprehended Prakash Yadav, and also the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
