The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 334 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 304(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. On 27.10.2025 at about 5:30 P.M., unknown persons snatched the chain of mother of the informant. It was submitted that name of the petitioners has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S.
