The impugned order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the respondent No. 1 institutes the departmental enquiry against the petitioner. There is no infirmity in the impugned order since a prima facie misconduct is disclosed against the petitioner. However, it is clarified that no observations in the impugned order on merits of the case shall influence the enquiry proceedings. The enquiry officer shall independently apply his mind to the facts and evidences which are tendered during the course of enquiry. The writ petition is dismissed.
