1. Through the medium of this petition, the petitioners seek indulgence of this Court vested under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release the admitted amount of gratuity to the tune of ₹20.00 lakhs (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) along with interest, in their favour.
2. In the petition, it is noticed that the entitlement of the petitioners to the gratuity amount is not in dispute.
3. Mr. Dewakar Sharma, learned Dy.AG, appearing for the respondents, fairly submits that the petitioners are entitled to the admitted amount. He further asserts that the process for release of the same requires some time.

Having considered the submissions made and having regard to the fact that there is no dispute as the same has been admitted by the respondents, regarding the entitlement of the petitioners to the gratuity amount of ₹20.00 lakhs, this Court finds no impediment in directing the respondents to release of the said amount.

5. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent s) to release the gratuity amount of ₹20.00 lakhs in favour of the petitioners within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this
order is served upon the respondents.
6. It is made clear that in the event of failure to release the amount within the aforesaid period, the petitioners shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the admitted amount.

Disposed of along with all connected applications, if any.
