When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Ms D.Sumalatha, learned counsel, representing Sri Bathala Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have released the balance amount due to the petitioner and the petitioner has received the same. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and prayed to close the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
