The petitioners have preferred this contempt petition against respondent authorities for not complying with the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in WPC No.1294/2019. 2. Mr. Dhiraj Wankhede, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that they have already made payment of awarded amount to the petitioners on 11.07.2025 vide Annexure R-3/1. He also submits that they had already filed an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 because the Court order was there, which was dismissed by the learned trial Court and thereafter they had filed an application under Section 9 (9) of Act, which was dismissed for want of prosecution then they filed petition under Article 227 which is pending. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner have filed appeal for enhancement which was allowed ex-parte and the petitioners are seeking that amount, however, the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in WPC No.1294/2019, clearly specified that the recovery of the interest and petitioners’ entitlement to interest on the awarded amount would be left open to him to be recovered from the respondent, for 3 which the petitioner may file separate application. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid fact and admitted the payment of awarded amount to them by the respondent No.3 4.
