1. By way of this petition, petitioner sought following relief(s) :
“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct to produce entire record P/2 pertaining to the petitioner's acquire land Khasra No. 63/1/K (old Khasra No. 63/1) acquired area is 25288 Sq.fit (0.58 acre), acquired by the R/4 Land Acquisition Officer Kharsia for the respondent CSPTCL/CSPDCL.
10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to directions for the respondents specially the respondent R/3 & R/4 to act as per the present Rules, orders, policy, notifications and circular of the Central Government and C.G. State Government petitioner is entitle to got the right to fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement Act 2013. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent R/3 & R/4 to decide the present petitioner representation as per As per the present Rules, orders, policy. notifications and circular of the Central Government and C.G. State Government petitioner is entitle to got the right to
3 fair compensation and transparency in land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement Act 2013. Within the stipulated time period on its merits and released the basic awarded amount with interest as per the latest policy which is prevail at the time of payments. 10.4 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent R/3 Collector Raigarh & R/4 SDO Revenue may calculate the compensation amount with interest as per the latest scheme and Act 2013 and pay within limited period to the present petitioner. 10.5 Any other relief in the discretion of this Hon'ble Court. An affidavit in support of this petition is filed.”

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has made representation before respondent No.4 dated 25.05.2023 (Annexure P-7) and the petitioner wants to decide the same in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 3. Learned State counsel contended that looking to the limited prayer made by the petitioner she has no objection. 4.
Considering the facts of the case and submission made by counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation made be the petitioner vide Annexure P-7 dated 25.05.2023 as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 4
5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
