(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioner the benefit of ACP by protecting his pay from the date of appointment as PGT English, i.e., 05.03.2014. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondents. At this stage, petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent no.1 is directed to decide his pending legal notice, dated 31.12.2024, Annexure P-10, in a specified period. 3. Notice of motion.
