WPSS No.355 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.
Mr. Anil K. Bisht, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. R.S. Bisht, Additional C.S.C. for the State. It is the claim of the petitioner that his services should be regularised against Class IV as he has been recommended for regularization by the respondent no.3 vide communication dated 03.12.2022. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been working in the respondent’s establishment since 1996. As per the regularization rules, he has to be regularized. In fact, it is argued that on 03.12.2022, the respondent no.3 had recommended for his regularization, but still actions are not being taken by the respondent no.4. He would also submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 22.02.2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court, passed in WPSB No.616 of 2018, Narendra Singh and Another Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others, and other connected matters. These facts are not denied by learned State Counsel. Since, the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 22.02.2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court, passed in WPSB No.616 of 2018, Narendra Singh and
Another Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others.
