1. Heard on I.A. No. 01/2025 which is an application for condonation of delay of 54 days in filing the instant application. 2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same (I.A. No. 01/2025) stands allowed. The delay of 54 days in filing the instant MCC is hereby condoned. 3. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of FA No. 443 of 2019 which was dismissed on peremptory order dated 05.05.2025. 4. On due consideration, the Bench finds bonafide reasons on the part of
3 the applicants in filing of MCC. Accordingly, MCC stands allowed and FA No. 443 of 2019 stands restored to its original number. 5.
