The instant contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court’s order dated 23.04.2024 passed in WPC No. 2218 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has provided copy of complete order sheets of SDO (Revenue) Baikunthpur, District- Koriya (C.G.) and contended that the order of this Court has been complied with. 3. The order sheets of SDO (Revenue) Baikunthpur, District- Koriya (C.G.) is also supplied to the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Given the said submission made by the counsel for the respective parties and perusing the order sheets of SDO (Revenue) Baikunthpur, District-Koriya (C.G.), this Court is of view that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. The respondent stand discharged of the contempt proceedings. 5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed of. 6.
