At the very outset, learned counsel for the State contended that the alternate remedy available to the petitioner under Section 11 of the Trade Unions Act, 1926 and the petitioner may file appropriate appeal under this Act before the Industrial Court, therefore, this petition is not maintainable. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as available to the petitioner under the Rule/law. 3.
