Case No. 83 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. Son of the informant, Krishna Dubey was shot dead by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, co-accused was arrested and he confessed his guilt and spelt out the name of the petitioner as one of the accused. 4. It was submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material available on record against the petitioner. It was further submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Shankar Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, or his successor, in connection with Patan P.S.
