The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling the records of the case and quash the impugned order dated 05.02.2025 in Case No. 971/2021. Computerized Case No. C202118000000971 (Viresh Kumar Varshney and others vs. State of U. P. and others) under section 38 (4) U. P. Revenue Code-2006 passed by the Commissioner Aligarh Division Aligarh (ANNEXURE NO. 45 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
