1. The petitioner herein is a tenant who was ordered to be evicted by the Court. The execution petition filed by the landlord was partly satisfied as the possession was delivered to the landlord.
2. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application to the Executing Court for the purpose of checking, verification and collection of his goods, which were lying in the shop. The Court allowed the application and the petitioner visited the shop alongwith the team appointed by the Court on
10.07.2024. However, he refused to collect the goods. He again filed two applications, which have been dismissed.
3. The Executing Court has held that the petitioner is only trying to harass the landlord as he is not permitting the landlord to use the shop in dispute.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the NEERAJ 2025.04.08 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CR-1993-2025 -2- landlord has no objection, if the petitioner is permitted to collect his valuable goods. If that be so, let the petitioner contact the landlord in this regard.
5. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground to interfere is made out.
6. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed.
7. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
disposed of.
