1. In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, has assailed the validity of the impugned order dated 28th May 2021 passed under section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 by the Assistant Registrar.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner has remedy to file revision under section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act,
1960.
