No.3 of 2025 is taken up. I.A. No.3 OF 2025 1. This interlocutory application is filed to modify the order dt.11.11.2025 in W.P. No.26782 of 2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the observation made by this Court in paragraph 5 of the order, to the effect that “as there are civil court orders, this Court is not inclined to go into the same. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach respondent No.3 by filing an appeal under Section 74 of the Indian Stamp Act, with all relevant documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such appeal is filed, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the entire material and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks thereafter,” the petitioner approached the -2- 08.12.2025 (contn….) However, the 3rd respondent could not consider the same on the ground that the liberty granted was specifically to file an appeal under Section 74 of the Indian Stamp Act. Hence, the petitioner seeks modification of the order by deletion of the words “by filing an appeal under Section 74 of the Indian Stamp Act” and “If any such appeal is filed.” 3. Considering the said submission, the words “by filing an appeal under Section 74 of the Indian Stamp Act” and “If any such appeal is filed” occurring in paragraph 5 of the order are hereby deleted. 4.
