The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 126 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1) & 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj. 4. On 27.06.2025 at about 9:00 P.M., petitioners alongwith co- accused persons had fired at one Mithun Paswan, due to which he sustained injury on his leg. 5. It was submitted that there is specific allegation of firing against co-accused Chhotu Paswan. It was further submitted that there is no allegation of firing against these petitioners. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sahibganj in connection with Jirwabari P.S.
