GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, more particularly a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent Sub-Inspector of Police, Gokavaram Mandal in not registering the First Information Report (FIR) pursuant to the petitioners complaint dated 25.09.2022, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and a gross abuse of power. Direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR and take necessary action in accordance with law and Pass” 2 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that initially a crime has been registered against the petitioner in the year 2022. Only to overcome the same, a false complaint has been made against the respondent No.4. Therefore, the police have not registered any crime basing on the complaint made by the petitioner. 4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies at appropriate forum in accordance with law.
