By way of the present petition, the petitioner is praying for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction or 2 order to the Respondents Authorities to take a necessary step on the facts of the petitioner’s complaint. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may also further be pleased to pass the order and direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the petitioner’s application within stipulated period as may be given by the Hon’ble Court as per the facts and circumstances of the case. 10.3 Any other relief may also be granted in the case as may deem fit by the Hon’ble Court as per the facts and grounds of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order in the instant petition; same is filed against the inaction of the Respondent Authorities, not to take any legal steps against the respondent no. 5 on the petitioner’s complaint/application. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the present petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 3 5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels, respondent no. 1 is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 06.04.2024 filed by the petitioner, expeditiously as soon as possible, subject to verification, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to respondent no.. 4 and 5.
