The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025, for the offence under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. On 12.05.2025 at about 6:30 a.m., the informant came to know that the dead body of his younger brother namely Manjit Haiburu was lying in village Gamharia. F.I.R. was registered against unknown person. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused that she had given him money for purchasing firearm, which was used in committing murder of the deceased. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on record. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Singhbhum at Chaibasa, in connection with Chaibasa Muffasil P.S.
