Applicant has filed this third bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 110/2023 registered at Police Station – Bhanupratappur, District – North Bastar Kanker (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 354 of I.P.C. and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 3 (2) (a) of SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. During course of argument, learned counsel for applicant fairly submits that trial is at the last stage, statement of accused has been recorded and case is fixed for recording of defence witness on 15.09.2025. Considering the submission of learned counsel for applicant and further considering that this is third bail application filed only on the ground of delay in trial and further taking into consideration the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. 4.
