Thereafter, on 23.07.2025 as well as on 06.08.2025; the petitioner had remained unrepresented. Today also, when the matter was called upon; the learned counsel for the petitioner remained absent without any steps. From the above, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue the matter any further. In view of the above, the instant criminal petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
