1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“i. For issuance a direction/directions, writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus to set aside letter no. 237 dated 18.08.2025 (Annexure-2) which has been given by the respondents to the petitioners whereby and where under it is stated the that long term settlement of the land mauja- chikor, khata No. 77, plot no 502, area 7.35 acre of land cannot be changed or amended while in the report the column of jamabandi is blanked and not mentioned details about the settlement to the name of the ancestors of respondents no 5 to 8 hence, without any relevant document the jamabandi can be cancelled but the respondents has not taken any response hence, this writ petition is being filed. ii.
ii. For the issuance an order or orders, direction or directions for update the online of the register II along-with revenue receipt regarding the plot no as per khatiyan because the online rent receipt is obtained without number of plots bearing khata no 77 of area 22.85 acre.”

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Civil Court for ventilating their grievance. 3. In view of above, no notice is required to be issued to the private respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
