This is an Office Reference, initiated on the request letter sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raipur, for extension of time, to conclude the trial of the Criminal Case-4095 of 2018, titled as State of CG Vs Pintu Yadav & Surendra Bansal, which is pending before it. 2. From perusal of the request letter dated 06.08.2025, sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raipur / 13th Civil Judge Junior Division, Raipur, it appears that vide order dated 03.02.2025, passed in Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.08.20 16:05:59 +0530 Crmp 2573 of 2025 2 CRMP-2479 of 2018, this Court has directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months, from the date of order. However, the trial of the Criminal Case could not be concluded for the health reasons of the complainant, and non-availability of original documents. It also transpires that out of 08 listed witnesses, statements of 05 witnesses have been recorded before the trial Court, and few are remained to be examined. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, and the request letter dated 06.08.2025, sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Raipur, further period of two months is granted to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial of Criminal Case-4095 of 2018, pending before it. 4.
