Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Budhai P.S. Case No. 91 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 96, 65(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Deoghar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed the victim girl to leave her guardianship. The victim was taken to Rajmahal, where the petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with her. The age of the victim is about 14 years. 4. The victim is a minor girl and her consent for sexual relationship is immaterial. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
