GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.27887 OF 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the acts of respondent nos.2 and 3 in not taking the action against the above said complaint dated 28.10.2024 and the above said PGRS complaint dated 08.8.2025, as it is illegal, arbitrary and also direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to immediate cancellation of the allotment of land to an extent of Ac.10.00cents in Sy.No.195/3 of Chennayagunta village, Tirupati Urban mandal and to resume the land to an extent of Ac.10.00cents in Sy.No.195/3 of Chennayagunta Village, Tirupati Urban Mandal by respondent no.3 and pass such other order or orders….” 2. Heard Sri R.Abishek Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4 and learned standing counsel appearing for respondent no.5. 3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is not at all able to establish the enforcement of any of his personal rights on the subject property and the petitioner is claiming that he is a social activist. 4 4. In view of the same, as the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is in the nature of Public Interest, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation, as per the procedure. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
