Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counsel appearing for the petitioner in the said criminal writ petition was suffering from ailment and in view of that, he had not appeared before the Court on that day. He submits that request was also made by him to some of his colleagues, but that has not been taken care of by them and, as such, the said criminal writ petition was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the State has got no serious objection if the said criminal writ petition is restored to its original file. 4. The Court finds that sufficient ground is made out for restoration and, as such, W.P.(Cr.) No.503 of 2023 is restored to its original file. 5. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
