Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 29.ll.2024, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators, proceeded to opposite LIC Building, near RTC Complex, Central Park, and found the accused in possession of 20.028 KGs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under cover of a mediators report. 3. Heard. Perused the record. 4. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 30.ll.2024. The quantity of Ganja allegedly seized from the possession of the accused is 20.028 Kgs. It is submitted by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that major investigation is completed in the present crime. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court 'ls inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein/A2. _st 2 ~r 5. Accordingly, the criminal Petition is allowed.
