This is an application U/S. 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarika Surakshya Sanhita, 2023 (in short, “BNSS”) by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Cyber and Economic Offence P.S. Case No.30 of 2025 arising out of GR Case No.365 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned JMFC-I(Cog. Taking), Cuttack for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.318(4)/ 319(2)/308(5) of BNS r/w Sections 67/67-A of the IT Act, on the main allegation of cheating the informant. 3. Heard, Mr. Giridhari Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and Mr. Subash Chandra Panda, learned counsel who enters appearance for the Informant in Court today by filing Vakalatnama, which is taken on record and perused the record. 4. Mr. Panda, however, by filing an affidavit stated to be sworn in by the Informant submits that the matter has already been amicably settled and the disputed amount has already been paid to the Informant. In view of the above facts and taking into consideration the other circumstances on record in entirety including the pre trial detention of the Petitioner in custody since 19.04.2025 with substantial progress in investigation, this Court without expressing any view on merits admits the Petitioner to bail. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands allowed and the petitioner is allowed to go on bail on furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only with one solvent surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court in seisin of the case, on such terms and conditions as deem fit and proper by it. 6.
