Vide judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed in MAC No.873 of 2015, this Court directed the learned Claims Tribunal to decide the claim petition as early as possible preferably within a period of 6 months from today and by request letter dated 05.08.2025, the learned 3rd Additional Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Raipur further sought 4 months time to decide the claim petition. It is also mentioned therein that due to not receipt of the record and that the applicants are not appearing despite they know the information, the claim petition could not be decided within stipulated time and on these premises, he prayed for further 4 months time. 2. Considering the reasons assigned therein, further 4 months time from today is granted to the concerned learned Claims Tribunal to dispose of the claim petition. It is expected that the parties to this appeal shall cooperate the Court in disposing of the claim petition. 3. With the above direction, Office Reference is disposed of.
