It has been submitted on behalf of both the sides that both the sides sat together and amicably sorted out the matter and it has been agreed that Insurance Company shall make payment of Rs. 1.75 Lacs over and above the amount already paid to the claimants in the light of the award dated 31.05.2022. Insurance Company shall deposit above said amount of Rs. 1.75 Lacs to the account of concerned Tribunal within 30 days from today.
