The first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.02.2025 for issuance of Non-Traceable Certificate, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
