Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on merits vide order dated 11.04.2023 passed in B.A. No.1083 of 2023. Petitioner above-named who is in custody has renewed his prayer before this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Arki P.S. Case No.32 of 2022 (G.R. No.469 of 2022 & S.T. No.213 of 2022) registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard the parties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2023 and no overt act has been committed by him, as such, prayer for bail may be considered. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. Considering gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner again on regular bail and the same is again rejected.
