Copy of it has been served on the Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. Though the District Collector, Anakapalli (Respondent No.1) has passed the Order on 30.09.2025, Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that this Order has been served on the Petitioners only today. Although, there is delay on the part of the Respondents in communicating this said Order, this Court is of the view that the Respondents have substantially complied with this Order of this Court. 4.
