To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is not in contact with him and accordingly prayed to pass appropriate orders in that regard. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel, as the authorities have already paid amount to the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition.
