Pursuant to the order dated 15.05.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.246 of 2019 in C.C.No.40 of 2017, whereby the application filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C. seeking discharge of the petitioner/Accused No.3 was dismissed, the learned trial Court framed charges. Thereafter, P.Ws.1 to 3 were examined in chief and the matter is presently posted for cross-examination of P.Ws.1 to 3. 4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the case on the file of the II Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Visakhapatnam has been transferred to the CBI Court at Vijayawada. 5. In view of the above subsequent developments, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
