Case No. 09 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) and 311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega. 3. On 09.06.2025 at about 1.30 pm, dacoity was committed in Samsera Church, Bolba. Unknown dacoits looted about rupees five lakhs from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. it was further submitted that though Rs.5000/- is alleged to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, but the same belonged to him. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega, in connection with Bolba P.S.
