Be that as it may, a perusal of the impugned order shows that based on a complaint lodged by one of the members of the Panchayat, the Executive Officer of Taluk Panchayat has constituted a Committee to go into the allegations. The petitioner being the Panchayat Development Officer has no locus standi to question this order. If the work is not executed as per the scheme, the petitioner is bound to cooperate with the committee constituted for the purpose of conducting an enquiry into the allegations made. Therefore, the writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed. Sd/- (R. NATARAJ) JUDGE DS CT:TSM List No.: 1 Sl No.: 11
