The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 383 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned J. M., Ranchi. On 13.08.2025, motorcycle of the informant parked outside Hotel Jigar Palace near Booty more was stolen by unknown persons. It was submitted that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned J.
