This is an appeal from order filed under Section 47 of Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, r/w Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984, challenging the order dated 10.12.2025, passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar in Civil Misc. Case No.06 of 2025, Smt. Manisha Adhikari Vs. Akash Adhikari.
4. Parties were referred for mediation on 24.04.2026.
5. As per Mediator’s report of the same date, the dispute between the parties was settled and both the parties agreed to live together as husband and wife and to continue their matrimonial relationship with mutual respect and understanding.
6. Mr. C.S. Rawat, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties during course of the mediation, appellant do not want to press this appeal, therefore, the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
7. Smt. Manisha Adhikari (respondent herein) submits that she will also withdraw Civil Misc. Case No.06 of 2025, Smt. Manisha Adhikari Vs. Akash Adhikari, which is pending before learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Udham Singh Nagar, by moving an application.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appeal be dismissed as withdrawn in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
9. In view of the oral submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
