The matter relates to Satgawan P.S. Case No.93 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared before I.O. and has replied the notice. She also submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.15,000/- as alleged in the crime. 2. In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move before the learned Court in terms of Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection. 4.
