Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Akhilesh K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Learned counsel for the revisionist has filed the supplementary affidavit dated 22.10.2024 stating that the parties have settled their dispute through compromise placed as annexure No. '1' to the supplementary affidavit wherein paragraph '5', it has been averred that in the proceedings under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, out of the total settled alimony of Rs. 18 lakhs, Rs. 6 lakhs has been paid through Demand Draft No. 546190 before the Family Court, Gorakhpur on 19.01.2021. Considering the fact that the parties have settled their dispute on certain terms, let the matter be remitted back to the Court concerned to pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties and subject to their cooperation if, there is no other legal impediment.
