While deciding CRWP-5088-2024, the respondents were directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner under the apt policy. 3. As per the compliance report dated 29.07.2025, filed by Mr. Arun Pal Singh, Additional Director General of Police, Prisons, Punjab, Chandigarh, order dated 09.08.2024 has been complied with, whereby, after reconsidering the claim of the petitioner, order dated 25.04.2025 has been passed, which is attached with the compliance report as Annexure R-1/T. This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the present contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
