[2025:RJ-JP:45488-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-17172/2025]
1. The present petition challenges the action of the authorities in building a Pakka Nala in Khasra No.4158 situated in Village Dehara, Patwar Halka Bhabhru, Tehsil Virat Nagar, District Kotputli-Behror.
2. The contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioners are that respondents in the garb of covering Nala, want to make a road on the top of the Nala which they should not be allowed.
3. In our opinion, such a prayer is misconceived. A drain which is huge requires to be covered so that there may not occur any incidents or accidents. If the covered Nala is used as a passage, no objection can be made to the same. Of course heavy vehicles ought not be allowed on the said covered Nala but pedestrians can always use it along with cyclists.
4. With the said observations, we dispose of this present Civil Writ Petition (PIL).
5. All pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
