1. Heard on merits by consent of the parties.
2. Decree Holder is the revision petitioner being aggrieved by closure of Execution Case No.56/2013.
3. Sri. Nataraj would submit that pending execution, the interest amount is not paid by the
Judgment Debtor and so also the cost imposed by this Court in CRP No.178/2014 is not paid by the judgment debtor. If it is so, the decree holder can recover it by filing successive execution petition.
4. Counsel for the respondent submits that such an execution petition is already filed.

5. Reserving the liberty to the decree holder to recover the interest and cost in the pending execution petition, the following Order is passed:
ORDER
(i) Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
