1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that his deputation may be completed and he may be allowed to join in his parent place of posting. 2. From perusal of record, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has been sent on deputation from Government Higher Secondary School (Boys) ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by ARUN KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.09.22 19:10:13 +0530
2 Dongargarh, District- Rajnandgaon to Swami Atmanand English/Hindi Medium School Dongargarh, District- Rajnandgaon. 3. It is well settled position of law that the deputation does not adversely affect the right of the employee and the employee's existing rights and privileges in the parent service are protected and will not be diminished by the temporary assignment on deputation. As such, the petitioners’ rights in the parent department remain unaffected by the deputation as their seniority and promotional avenues will be given by treating their deputation service. 4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is not maintainable at this juncture.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue their representation pending before the respondent authorities. 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge Arun
